Please complete this form to enter the 2026-2027 Tabernacle Township School District preschool lottery. All preschool students must be 3 years old by October 1, 2026. The lottery will be conducted on February 13, 2026 and families will be ​notified. 

Students currently enrolled in the preschool program will maintain their spot for the 2026-2027 school year and do not need to enter the lottery.
